So much has been coming up about the importance of inner child work in our sessions lately 🤗

Love your younger selves dear ones, tell them what they wanted and needed to hear 🤗 💓Show them how far have you come and make them feel safe, heard, seen, unconditionally loved and appreciated 🥲🥹🫶🏻🌈🌟🩷

Most od our wounds and patterns come from the childhood 🙏 Let any buried unconscious or suppressed emotions flow with it with love, acceptance and forgiveness 🪷 Feel into your body and tune in where they are.
Maybe heart chakra? Maybe sacral or solar plexus? 🫶🏻The only way to free ourselves is to feel our younger parts and fill them with love 🫂
And that is also what we do in QHHT sessions in a deep state of hypnosis when it really changes a lot 🥲
Our parents did the best they could at a time with the little tools they had and own wounds they carried deeply berried ❤️‍🩹

The New Moon in Aquarius on February 17, arrives with a lot of fire and boldness.
Not only does this New Moon fall in the independent & quirky Air sign of Aquarius, it’s also an annular solar eclipse and on top of it aligns with the first day of the Year of the Fire Horse 🐴 🔥

Aren’t we so ready for this fresh new energy? The fire horse year on its own only arrives every 60 years so let’s make it count aww🥰🧡

INTIMACY 💓 involves developing a deep, nurturing connection both with oneself (self-awareness, self-compassion, and acceptance) and with others (through shared vulnerability, trust, and emotional closeness). True intimacy with others is built on the foundation of self-intimacy, as understanding one's own feelings and needs allows for healthier, more authentic relationships and genuine emotional connection & safety 💜🩷
