We were delighted to be invited into Jersey Hospice Care today to present our 'Su***de Awareness' course to the lovely staff. Key learning was around starting a conversation and not being afraid of causing harm; open non-judgmental conversations are important.

People are the heart of any organisation — and we want to keep it that way. That’s why in 2026 we will be launching a new initiative; Values First to allow companies to partner with Mind Jersey, aimed at building a workplace culture where wellbeing comes first.

The new initiative will offer discounted su***de awareness training and guidance with mental health policies among other offerings. Good to see that Mental Health workplace policies are becoming a newsworthy subject as expressed in the below article.

A big thank you to all who came to the Shabby Chic to Antique over the weekend in aid of Mind Jersey.


The raffle was drawn and filmed yesterday at 5pm and all who won prizes will be contacted by the end of today.



Thank you to Julian and Brenda Clyde-Smith, to all the wonderful stall holders, the fantastic volunteers, the great team from BSK and everyone who purchased a ticket or kindly donated, all making it a fantastic memorable weekend.

It was a pleasure to attend Jerseys Leadership Conference this month. We joined with educational leaders across sectors to share insights and explore innovative ways to better support the Islands children and young people.

It was an energising and purposeful day with influential keynote speakers discussing resilience and well-being. ⭐️

✨ What a creative afternoon!

In October, the Women’s Group at Mind visited the CONSUMED exhibition at Capital House and joined the inspiring “Riverbed Debris” project. We had so much fun making ceramic pebbles, each imprinted with our own reflections and stories inspired by the amazing artworks on display.
