Yesterday’s weather created a few challenges, but thanks to the understanding of our clients and the professionalism of our team, care continued safely and with minimal disruption. 🌧️ 💙 🩷

Thank you to our clients for your flexibility when visits were brought forward, and a heartfelt well done to our carers and staff for following guidance, adapting quickly and always putting safety first.

Despite a few obstacles, all visit times were back to normal this morning!

🌟 Above & Beyond at Cambrette Care 🌟

We’re incredibly proud to recognise Buhle, who has received our latest Above & Beyond nomination following exceptional feedback from a member of the public.

A parishioner took the time to write to us after witnessing Buhle support one of our long-standing clients during a church visit. She described the care as being of the highest standard, praising Buhle’s dignity, professionalism and kindness and the way she supported the client to maintain their independence.

The feedback came from a registered nurse with more than 30 years’ experience, who said Buhle was “one of the best in action I have ever seen” and “a great ambassador for your agency and a great healthcare worker.”

Moments like this remind us why the work our carers do every day matters so much. Congratulations, Buhle, and thank you for representing the very best of Cambrette Care. 💙
