Important conversations are happening around care in Jersey right now, and we were keen to be part of that discussion this week. 💙 🩷

Our Director, Beth Gicquel, and HR Manager Paul Gicquel both appeared on BBC Channel Islands News, alongside Percy (featured in this photo!) - Paul’s father, who is cared for by Cambrette.

Cambrette is a family-run business, and the standard we hold ourselves to is simple: the care we provide to our clients is the same care we would want for our own family.

For Percy, that means being supported to live comfortably and independently in his own home, with care that is consistent, respectful and personal.

We know how much it matters for our clients, because for us, it matters too.

Yesterday’s weather created a few challenges, but thanks to the understanding of our clients and the professionalism of our team, care continued safely and with minimal disruption. 🌧️ 💙 🩷

Thank you to our clients for your flexibility when visits were brought forward, and a heartfelt well done to our carers and staff for following guidance, adapting quickly and always putting safety first.

Despite a few obstacles, all visit times were back to normal this morning!
