E.F.T ( Emotional freedom technique)
Try with me this brilliant gentle and effective mind-body tool to help process stress, emotions, and limiting thought patterns.
In a session with me ( in person or on a video call ) we would begin to identify what’s present for you emotionally or mentally. While focusing on that, I’ll guide you through light tapping on specific acupressure points to help regulate the nervous system and reduce emotional intensity.
On demand only, I use tarot or oracle cards as a legitimate psychological tool (research famous psychotherapist Carl Jung ) to help identify the negative emotion(s) your body is ready to work with and the positive one(s) to promote. Useful when we feel lost on stuck in a rut.
Many clients report feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded during and after sessions, with a noticeable shift in how we relate to the original thought or feeling.
I use EFT myself, and I’ve found it to be a powerful tool for emotional regulation and nervous system support, one of the key tools I keep in my own “wellbeing toolkit”.
IT WORKS …so I have to tell you all about it!
I combine EFT with my other complementary therapies, however a stand alone 60min is perfect to really focus working on those uncomfortable triggers and bring light and peace to the fearful ego mind.
Sessions are supportive, paced, and tailored to where you are in the moment, I will not push you too far or make you re-live trauma.
