Juliet Forbes trained for three years and qualified in 2002 as a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, with a B.Sci.(hons) TCM Acupuncture degree.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an age old medicine that treats illnesses, disease and conditions that we suffer from today. Acupuncture can treat all sorts of problems without any side effects. Treatment encourages the person to take control of their life and helps them to help their body heal itself. In this way Acupuncture can empower people to restore themselves to health. Using very fine needles to activate the life force (Qi) in your body, your systems will respond and revitalise the immune system, hormone feedback system, organ functions and musculo-skeletal system for example. Acupuncture, Electro - acupuncture, Heat treatment, Moxibustion, Cupping, Tui'na (massage), Meditation techniques and Qi Gong are all part of the treatment if need be.
