Trainee Administrator (Healthcare)

- Your Role:

We are seeking a motivated and organised Trainee Administrator (Healthcare) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in healthcare administration. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

You will work closely with care managers, senior leadership, and frontline staff to support the smooth day-to-day running of our healthcare services.

- Key Responsibilities:

Supporting administrative functions within a healthcare setting

Maintaining accurate records, files, and confidential documentation

Assisting with staff onboarding and compliance paperwork

Answering telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally

Supporting rota coordination and general office administration

Updating internal systems and databases

Assisting with audits, reports, and compliance-related tasks

Ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance at all times

- What We’re Looking For:

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

A professional, friendly, and proactive attitude

Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)

Willingness to learn and develop within a healthcare environment

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Desirable (but not essential):

Previous administrative or healthcare experience

Interest in health & social care

Understanding of compliance or regulated environments
