This feels very apt with the London Marathon this weekend...
Have you got a big sporting event coming up? 👀
We help you train with confidence, prevent injuries before they happen, and manage any setbacks along the way - so you can focus on performing at your best.
You bring the SMART goals - we’ll help you get there. 🔥
"As we approach this year's London Marathon, I'm reflecting on last year which still feels just as special.
Taking on my first marathon in my 40th year was always going to be a challenge, but as a physio, it gave me an even deeper appreciation for what the body can do with the right preparation, consistency, and mindset.
Here are my key takeaways if you're running this year:
👉 Stick to your 'normal'
👉 pacing matters
👉 preparation is key
👉 listening to your body is non-negotiable
I'm wishing everyone running this year, the best of luck! Keep going and enjoy the journey." Adam

Did you know your pain doesn’t always start where you feel it?
One of the most common things we see is people chasing the pain—rather than understanding what’s really driving it.
👉 Knee pain that’s influenced by how the whole leg is working together
👉 Shoulder pain that’s connected to how the neck and upper back move
👉 Back pain linked to how your body has adapted to daily life, stress, and activity
Your body is resilient and adaptable. When one area isn’t working as well, others step in to help—and sometimes that’s where pain shows up.
Movement isn’t the problem. In fact, it’s part of the solution.
Pain is complex, and improving how you move, building strength, and restoring confidence all play a role in long-term recovery.
At PhysioFit, we take a whole-body approach—so we can understand the root of your pain and help you move forward with confidence.

Not sure what happens at your first physio appointment?
We start by really understanding your problem—
how it began, what affects it, and how it’s impacting your life.
Then we look at the bigger picture 👇
Assessing how your whole body moves — not just where it hurts.
In most cases, we can diagnose the issue there and then.
From there, we create a personalised plan with clear goals—
so you know exactly what to expect.
You’ll leave with clarity, confidence,
and a clear next step.
When these signals don’t line up, your brain gets confused — and that’s when symptoms show up.
Our approach at PhysioFit:
✔️ Identify what’s not working
✔️ Gently challenge your system with the right movements
✔️ Help your brain adapt and recalibrate
✔️ Build confidence in everyday movement again
We’re not just treating symptoms —
we’re helping your system reset so you can move with confidence again.
If dizziness or imbalance is holding you back, we can help.
We’re excited to be teaming up with Eve Studios for a powerful, eye-opening session with Chartered Physiotherapist & Clinical Director, Aaron Masefield.
This isn’t your typical talk about pain. We’ll explore:
• Why pain can linger longer than expected
• The surprising factors that influence how you feel
• How movement and mindset shape your recovery
• Simple, practical strategies to help you move with confidence
