The reason I started to study and qualify in natural health methods about 30 years ago, is because I suffered a great deal with respiratory problems as a child and in my teens; asthma, bronchitis, chest infections and even pneumonia and even required hospitalisation. I wanted to take charge of my own health. Recently I have been struggling a little more than usual with my asthma symptoms. Much of my asthma problems are brought on by allergens, especially foods and also stress related.
