This time last year, I found my perfect little sanctuary… tucked away up the stairs, hidden at the back of a beautiful old church and right in the heart of town at

We jokingly call it “The Stairway to Heaven”

What started as a dream slowly transformed into my reformer Pilates studio. A place filled with light, laughter, and the focus that comes from mindful movement. Uniting mind, bodies and friendships along the way. 🥰

It’s not just my little oasis or lifeline, it has become one for so many others too. Each day, people step through that door carrying their own stresses, stories, and goals, and together we create something truly magical. ✨ 💪

Watching clients grow stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies has been the most rewarding part of this journey. 💕 🥹

A year on, I’m still filled with gratitude every day. This studio is so much more than a place to move… it’s a community, a safe haven, and a constant reminder of how powerful it is to follow your passion and share it with others. 🔥 ❤️‍🔥 ❤️

❤️ Self Practice Saturday ❤️

I’ve been working on “High Bridge Kneeling” from the BASI Master Program.
It’s an incredibly challenging back extension, one I’ve definitely not mastered yet (not quite video-worthy 😅).

I can set up the ex*****on of the position, but trusting myself once I’m there still feels a bit scary. 😦
The transition out is pretty messy too… I feel like I need an extra pair of hands at that point! 😰

It’s such a great reminder of how movement often mirrors life: stepping into the unknown, trusting yourself, and working through the messy parts. ✨

I’ll keep practicing and will share when it feels ready 💪✨❤️

At the start of this year, I hit rock bottom, it was the lowest point of my life. I smiled through it all, and most people never knew, because I hid it so well. 😮‍💨

✨Tuesday vibes ✨

The studio has been buzzing with amazing energy 🥰

There’s something special about watching people walk in with the weight of the day on their shoulders and then seeing them walk out lighter, brighter, and completely re-energised. 💫

That’s the magic of movement ✨ It shifts not only the body but also the mind and spirit.

At Unity Pilates, our ethos has always been about combining “feeling good with looking good.”

When you feel strong, aligned, and connected to your body, that confidence naturally shows on the outside.
It’s not just about sculpting muscles or perfecting form, it’s about cultivating an energy that radiates beyond the studio walls.

When clients leave smiling, glowing, and carrying that energy in to their day, I know I’ve done my job. 😃

The best part? That good energy is contagious. It spreads through the class and it ripples out into the world.

Pilates is so much more than exercise… It’s transformation from the inside out.

💖 👣 Why We Love Footwork on the Reformer 👣💖

Footwork may look simple, but it’s one of the most powerful foundations in Pilates. Here’s some reasons as to why it’s so beneficial:

💪 Strength & Endurance:

Builds strength in the legs, glutes, and hips while improving muscular endurance.

🦶 Foot & Ankle Health:
