We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide practical and emotional support to individuals, assisting them to lead independent and fulfilling lives.🌻🌈🧠

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, promoting personal development, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment. If you’re patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you. Experience is valued but not essential, as full training will be provided.😊

✅We currently have available Entitled, Entitled for Work, Registered and Licensed (able to rent) Licenses
✅Competitive rates of pay with yearly increases
✅Starting with - 21 Days Holiday (every two years of service, you will be rewarded by an extra day's holiday)
✅Paid Mileage and Travel time (petrol card will be issued)
✅Full Private Health Insurance with Simply health.

😊💪🏽Here at Tutela Jersey Care Organisation we all are extremely big on promoting inclusion and emotionally safe environments in sport for people with a disability and or neorodiversity: a partnership event to stimulate conversation and community engagement.🤝😄✅

The Event was the product of a collaboration between Jersey Sport and our team here at Tutela Limited Care Organisation❗️

The result was a fantastic evening hosted by Highlands College, comprising a Key Note Speech given by Rowan Kinsella, a member of Bradley Stoke Judo Club and of the GB Adaptive Judo Squad which has lead him to be a 5 times international medal winner.🏅🎖️🥇

His talk was inspiring, thought provoking and an opportunity for us as an audience to connect with his personal journey and the barriers and challenges he has overcome to achieve his goals and dreams.🤍💭

Thank you Rowan, it was clear people were visibly moved by your content, passion, determination and positive energy, delivered so eliquently.☺️

This was followed by an opportunity to network, then by a 45min panal session where important questions were posed, discussed and answered.

Thanks to everyone who gave their time and effort to attend and participate.

⚠️Also thank you to Jersey Judo Club who will be hosting a judo demonstration and taster session for anyone willing to 'have a go' in a safe encouraging setting.👏🏼

The session will be lead by Rowan with the support of the local club coaches tomorrow evening 7pm - 8pm at their Dojo (judo hall) at Fort Regent.

Please come along and see what judo is all about and an example of inclusion in action.😁

World Mental Health Day 🌎 is an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma. It was first celebrated in 1992 at the initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health, a global mental health organization with members and contacts in more than 150 countries. World Su***de Prevention Day (WSPD) is organized by the International Association for Su***de Prevention (IASP). WHO has been co-sponsor of the day. The purpose of this day is to raise awareness around the globe that su***de can be prevented.

Last week we had Martin and Skye go to Paris to support Bradley Stoke Judo player Lele Nairne in the Olympic Games. Martin has helped Lele over the years through the tough mental game judo is. And tutela helped support Lele in the lead up to the games, in order to fulfill her dreams. We are all proud of you Lele.
