Still darkness in many communities but now there are signs of progress.

Work has started in inner areas like Belmont to Mt. Airy — pole holes being dug. After 4½ months, rebuilding continues.

This vehicle flipped during Hurricane Melissa on October 28, 2025 and for months it remained here as a powerful reminder of the storm.

It later became the central image on the cover of my book.
Today it was finally removed. So, the wreckage is gone but the story remains.
