The Tooth Saving Business!

Sometimes you just have to trust your dental team!

Patient initially wanted to have tooth removed to due to slight sensations, sometimes painful but not lasting, with temperature change (hot/cold).
Radiograph taken (not in current slide) which showed no signs of an infection and other checks done.
Patient was informed the tooth could be saved with a routine filling (though deep it was 😳). Reluctantly he agreed. 🥹☺️🎉🥳

Victory!!! Another tooth saved!!!

3+ Months and counting. Tooth still there, no more complaints of sensitivity.
If it is at all possible try and save your natural teeth guys. Once gone there’s no coming back 😬🥴.
Keep up with your annual visits to spot cavities early and to prevent them from happening.
