The CCS family is deeply saddened by the passing of Dr. Yves Donatien of Martinique. He is described as a true Caribbean gentleman — humble, quiet, and unassuming. French in origin but truly Caribbean in outlook.

Dr. Donatien served as President of the CCS from 2000 - 2002 and a as member of Council. He remained committed throughout his career to strengthening the bonds between cardiologists in the French, Dutch and English Caribbean.
