I am a certified yoga instructor based in Kingston, Jamaica. I teach a gentle style of yoga accessible to all levels including seniors. I specialize in teaching yoga for joint pain and yoga for arthritis.

I have completed numerous specialized trainings including in Therapeutic Yoga for Arthritis, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety, Prenatal Yoga and Pilates Mat Level 1 Certification. Karin Yoga Life is all about helping you to live your best pain free life!
