Today we had the privilege of standing with the Truro community in Westmoreland as we provided relief to the families affected by Hurricane Melissa. 🖤💚💛

This outreach effort was led with compassion and strength by Kendaya Chin-Jackson, CEO of whose commitment to service continues to uplift lives.

This week I had the privilege of supporting staff who have been working non-stop in the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa.

As a member of Jamaica Physiotherapy Association, I am grateful to pour back into those who have been pouring into our nation 🇯🇲 helping them ease their aches and pains and regain their strength so that they are able to continue their mission.

This devastation has been heartbreaking, but we are a resilient people 🖤💚💛. The stands with those impacted in any way. We will play our part in the recovery process by supporting relief efforts and donating supplies.

It is absolutely amazing to watch everyone do what they can to help. TOGETHER, we will rebuild stronger 💪

School Tour 2: We are on a mission to inform, educate, and collaborate with as many schools as possible to ensure this sports season our young, talented, athletes can have a safe season this school year‼️

Thank you, Holy Childhood, for taking the steps to help us make this important message reach those who have the greatest impact on our junior athletes: The school, the coaches, the parents, the healthcare team, and of course the 🙏

If you would like us to visit your school and share some best practices for injury prevention, please contact us....... The increasing number of injuries in our junior athletes is alarming and according to the CDC, 50% of it can be preventable 💯
