Kameela Abdul-Maajid is the founder of PerfectlyKaam Holistic Lifestyle whose purpose is to create space and time allowing you to seek sanctuary and healing through the art of massage therapy. After being trained at the Face Place in Kingston, Jamaica 9 years ago, Kameela moved from basic Swedish massage to creating a nurturing therapeutic technique which now includes Deep Tissue and Thai Massage, a fusion of touch and movement to create the ideal environment for the body to unwind and to heal itself. Perfectlykaam Holistic Lifestyle was created in response to Kameela’s recognition that for the treatment to be effective you needed to spend time with the client…patience, understanding and focus was necessary therefore, a traditional spa situation could not have facilitated her need to work without time constraints. Each treatment is personalized based on the individual’s needs and strives to facilitate an opportunity for positive mental, physical, and emotional healing with each massage. Kameela is committed to sharing her knowledge and resources and often recommends stretches and corrective exercises to her clients to help them reach and maintain their wellness goals.
