When someone has a seizure it is important not to panic!
Stay calm. Keep the area safe. Do not put anything in their mouth.
Do not try to hold them down. Turn them on their side. Put something soft under their head. Most seizures stop in a few minutes. If the seizure last longer than 5 minutes, seek medical attention.
