You are safe, and that can feel heavy. But remember: being okay is not unfair. It’s a blessing to share.

Acknowledge your emotions. Don’t try to suppress them.
Practice GRATITUDE. It balances guilt.
TALK about it. Guilt grows in silence.
Take compassionate ACTION. (Donate, check on friends, volunteer).
