Feeling guilty about your well-being when others are struggling is a heavy, but common, emotion. It’s called Survivor’s Guilt.

You are safe, and that can feel heavy. But remember: being okay is not unfair. It’s a blessing to share.

Here’s how to navigate these complex feelings:

Acknowledge your emotions. Don’t try to suppress them.

Practice GRATITUDE. It balances guilt.

TALK about it. Guilt grows in silence.

Take compassionate ACTION. (Donate, check on friends, volunteer).
