Jo-Hanna Taylor is an internationally certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, and Behaviour Change Coach who specialises in stress management and mindfulness.
With over eight years in the fitness and wellness industry, she uses stress management, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy principles, accountability-based exercise, and her background in psychology to help thousands of persons regionally and internationally heal and grow through balanced programmes that focus on consistency, body positivity, self-care, and serenity.
