Ladies just a reminder the USA is almost a military state and so although you could always lose your B1/B2 visa if you don't have insurance/money to pay for the delivery. Now it looks like that even if you deliver there, you may not get citizen status for your child but the tea leaves suggest that you and your new baby may be detained in an ICE facility or deported.
