"WELCOME HOME!" are the first words we heard when we arrived in Jamaica at Couples Swept Away in Negril. The Jamaicans welcomed us with open arms and shared their touching stories with us about how they survived hurricane Melissa. Despite the devastation, the Jamaican people are still smiling big and we're so grateful to be back and thankful for all the staff and friends we've met so far🧡💛💚

I've been teaching yoga on the beautiful beaches of Jamaica since 2020. My heart and prayers go out to the Jamaican people as they recover from Hurricane Melissa 💚💛🧡 If all goes well, I hope to be back again next month.
