Once you have your prescriptions, make sure they stay effective when you need them most:

✅Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight

✅Use sealed containers or waterproof bags to protect from water eg. zip lock bags

✅For insulin or temperature-sensitive meds, keep a cooler and ice packs ready in case of a power outage

✅Check expiration dates — expired medication may not work properly
