There is a river located in Mooretown, Portland which I call the Nanny River because that was where Nanny of the Maroons ventured in the past. There is also a beautiful waterfall. The river has many healing properties. When you dive and emmerse from the water it is as if all your burdens and all loads have been washed away. Sometimes you need a wash off to get rid of the salt and crawsis that is bothering you.

There is not one broken vessel thay God can't mend, when the whole world turns it's back on you he will be your friend. He'll pick up the pieces time and time again because there's not one broken vessel that God can't mend.

Psalms 27, V1: The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear, the Lord is the strength of my life of whom shall I be afraid. Praise the Lord, you have nothing to fear as the Psalms states God is with you and with God all things are possible.

Sometimes we are having some emotional, psychological or financial struggles and have no knowledge of what is happening. We might be experiencing a spiritual warfare but with healing through God we can fight it and overcome these struggles. Remember the devil or even people may try to hold us down but our father in heaven is much stronger and can never lose the battle.

From today going onwards start your day with a word of prayer. Believe in yourself and put God first with faith as faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Additionally each morning say these word "Thank you Lord for all that I have and all that I am about to recieve."
