Five things that will truly change your life in perimenopause in 2026…. if you start them in December🎄

You don’t need to wait for January.
You don’t need another strict plan.
You just need a few simple habits done consistently.

Here’s what I would focus on 👇

1️⃣ 30 minutes of meal planning on Sundays
So you’re not guessing all week or reaching for whatever’s easiest. A little planning makes healthy eating feel calmer and more doable.

2️⃣ Eat 3–4 balanced meals a day (Complete-in-3 with protein, healthy fats & fiber). This helps with cravings, energy, and that stubborn perimenopause weight.

Here are a few simple ideas:
• Chicken, veggies & quinoa
• Eggs, sautéed veggies & avocado
• Fish, sweet potato & salad

3️⃣ Move your body daily
Walking, stretching, strength — it all counts. Daily movement supports hormones, mood, and metabolism.

4️⃣ Protect your sleep
Poor sleep makes everything harder. Better sleep helps with appetite, energy, and consistency.

5️⃣ Do a little meal prep
Even one prepped meal or protein can save you on busy days.
