Mental health welness is a journey, not simply a destination. Sometimes, it's not what we expect, or we simply don't find the right fit of treatment or provider, that doesn't mean you aren't meant to get better.
Psychotherapy is greatly vast, and there is something for everyone, so when it feels like you want to give up, remember to reach out to a professional you trust to look together for a right fit, and if there isn't a treatment it will be made with your effort to seek care and be open about your disappointments in the process.
