محاور الدّورة التدريبية :
1.Listing the commercial and scientific names of Jordanian pharmaceuticals based on the manufacturers and warehouses distributed.
2.Name the most common infectious pathogens in tonsillitis ,acute otitis media, sinusitis, bronchitis and urinary tract infections.
3.Differentiate between patients with bacterial and viral tonsillitis .
4.Calculation of antibiotic dosage for children .
5.Determine when to refer a patient with chronic bacterial tonsillitis to a specialist for Tonsillectomy.
6.Propose alternative antimicrobial therapy for a patient with a penicillin allergy.
7.Develop a treatment plan for a patient with tonsillitis ,acute otitis media, sinusitis, bronchitis and urinary tract infections.
8.Identify major drug interactions with antibiotics.
9.Recommend therapy for a patient with tonsillitis ,acute otitis media, sinusitis, bronchitis and urinary tract infections by guidelines .
10.Defend the role of vaccination for the prevention of upper and lower respiratory tract infections.
11.Delineate viral and bacterial rhino sinusitis based on patient history.
12.Determine upper and lower urinary tract infections based on sings and symptoms .
13.Learn to read the urine analysis .
14.Suggest non prescription medications and devise for patients with tonsillitis ,acute otitis media, sinusitis, bronchitis and urinary tract infections. when antibiotics are not prescribed.
15.Select an appropriate antibiotic and dose for tonsillitis ,acute otitis media, sinusitis, bronchitis .
