Arab Assist team will help you all through the process of medical evacuation. To facilitate this process we ask you to follow these steps:
• A letter to our fax, or an E-mail asking us to evacuate your patient. This should include:
1. The country we are taking patient from and the country transferring patient to.
2. The drop off point (i.e are we taking patient from hospital or from the airport, and are we delivering him at airport or at a hospital).
3. Any companions with patient.
• An updated detailed medical report, includes the details of the ailment, current medical situation, and explains the need for air ambulance,
this report is very important in order to :
1. Provide the plane with all needed equipments.
2. Choose the medical team, with experienced personnel in the patient's case.
3. Provide the team with needed medications.
4. To make sure that patient is transportable.
5. To choose the proper altitude of the plane as certain cases might deteriorate due to change in pressure.
