miRNA (Micro RNA) is a new very important field in molecular pathology.
It have been discovered only recently and expanding more in the last 2 years.
It is very important in cell defense against pathogens, preventing or promoting cancer proliferation, cell apoptosis, aging process and much more.
It is present inside the cells and in all body fluids (blood, CSF, urine, etc),
miRNA is different from person to person and from population to population
It is important to keep updated about this new and rapidly expanding field, because it is going to change drastically treatment for cancers, inflammatory conditions, and pathogens in the coming two decades.

حالة متلازمة داوون شخصت كاملا فى مختبراتنا
This is really very nice
This is a child 3 months old.
We did cytogenetic studies with FISH and found that he has Down’s syndrome
The cytogenetic studies shows three 21 chromosomes (arrow pointed at them, with the 3rd 21 chromosome is translocated to chromosome 14)
The FISH shows three orange dots (of chromosome 21), chromosome 13 (of green dots).
All the work was performed in our lab (First Medical Lab, Amman, Jordan)
