We are pleased to announce the reactivation of services at the 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 for Cord Stem Cells in , supporting both 𝗦𝗦𝗢 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 and 𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 using technology, powered by Wrens ’s advanced transplant diagnostics solutions.

This milestone was accompanied by a successful two day hands-on training on 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗦 𝗛𝗟𝗔 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝘀, conducted to ensure the laboratory team is fully prepared to deliver high quality and reliable transplant diagnostic testing.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Mansoura Research Centre for Cord Stem Cells, our dedicated team, and our partner WeepMedica for their collaboration and commitment in bringing HLA services back to the laboratory and strengthening transplant diagnostics capabilities in Egypt.

We are proud to announce the successful installation and hands on training of the Illumina, Inc. at 𝗔𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, Baghdad, marking an important milestone in strengthening genomic testing capabilities in Iraq.

In close collaboration with the laboratory team, we delivered comprehensive hands on training covering:
• 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗚 𝗦𝗲𝗾 𝗥𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗱 𝘃𝟮 𝗸𝗶𝘁 for preimplantation genetic testing ( ), enabling accurate analysis of very low DNA quantities from embryo biopsy samples using whole genome amplification and NGS. The solution provides full 24 chromosome aneuploidy and sub chromosomal screening and is fully compatible with the MiSeq i100 platform.
• 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, including , (LBx), , and panels, now available to support personalized patient care in Iraq.

We are pleased to announce the successful installation of the 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮 (Illumina, Inc.) 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗦𝗲𝗾™ 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟬 Sequencing System at 𝗔𝗺𝗿𝗟𝗮𝗯 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 in . (AmrLab / مختبر الدكتور عامر عبدالله محي التخصصي)

This milestone marks a significant step forward in expanding advanced genomic and molecular diagnostic capabilities in our region.

This achievement will support the localization of Whole Exome Sequencing for the inherited disorders and Comprehensive Genomic Profiling for cancer patients, with faster turnaround time, helping doctors and patients avoid delays and uncertainty in obtaining results.

Special thanks to Dr. Amer Abdullah Mehe and his team for the trust, leadership, and smooth collaboration throughout the project.

We are very proud to share the success of 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆, held on September 27th, 2025 at the Fairmont Hotel, Amman.
It was a day filled with knowledge sharing, innovation, and collaboration, where leading experts and our distinguished guest speakers highlighted the transformative power of genomics in healthcare and research.

The event launched the introduction of the 𝗠𝗶𝗦𝗲𝗾 𝗶𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, showcasing its innovation roadmap and various applications including microbiology, oncology, HLA and many others.

The MiSeq i100 Series with its built-in tools is a breakthrough in Next Generation Sequencing where it will enable all labs to acquire with cost effective approach and high scalability.

We’re thrilled to announce the successful validation of the NGS-Pronto® – High-resolution (by GenDx) at معامل الأنصارى Ansary Laboratories, Egypt.

The validation showed 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, with an easy-to-follow protocol and analysis software that delivered rapid and precise results, reinforcing the reliability of the entire workflow.

The workflow's simplicity and results reliability made the transition seamless for the lab team. We’re proud to see our End-to-End HLA solutions, combining (from GenDx) and (from Werfen), becoming a routine part of Ansary Laboratories' operations, supporting clinicians and patients with confidence.
