🔍 Validation: Beyond Testing

In the pharmaceutical world, Validation goes far beyond simple testing.
It’s a scientific and documented process that demonstrates a system, equipment, or process will consistently perform according to GMP requirements and predetermined specifications.

While Testing confirms that something worked once,
Validation provides long-term assurance that it will always work under controlled and defined conditions.

The Validation Lifecycle covers four main stages:
🔹 Design Qualification (DQ)
confirming design meets User Requirement Specifications (URS).
🔹 Installation Qualification (IQ)
verifying installation according to approved design and documentation.
🔹 Operational Qualification (OQ)
testing operation within defined ranges.
🔹 Performance Qualification (PQ) proving consistent performance in real use.

Beyond that, maintaining a validated state through Change Control, Periodic Review, and Revalidation ensures continuous compliance and confidence.

Validation is not only about compliance — it’s about control, reliability, and scientific assurance.

🔍 التحقق (Validation): أبعد من مجرد اختبار

في مجال الصناعة الدوائية، لا يُعدّ التحقق (Validation) مجرد اختبار لنتائج أو أداء نظام ما،
بل هو منهج علمي موثّق يهدف إلى إثبات أنّ أي نظام أو جهاز أو عملية تعمل بشكل ثابت ومتّسق وفقًا لمتطلبات GMP والمعايير المحددة مسبقًا.

فالاختبار (Testing) يوضّح أنّ النظام قد عمل بشكل صحيح في مرة واحدة،
بينما يقدّم التحقق (Validation) ضمانًا علميًا طويل المدى بأنّ هذا النظام سيستمر في العمل بالطريقة ذاتها تحت ظروف محدّدة وخاضعة للرقابة.

تمرّ عملية التحقق عبر ما يُعرف بـ دورة حياة التحقق (Validation Lifecycle)،
التي تشمل أربع مراحل رئيسية:

🔹 Design Qualification (DQ) التأكّد من أن التصميم يلبي متطلبات المستخدم (URS) ومعايير الجودة المطلوبة.
🔹 Installation Qualification (IQ) التحقّق من أن التركيب قد تمّ وفق التصميم والمواصفات المعتمدة.
🔹 Operational Qualification (OQ) اختبار الأداء الوظيفي للنظام ضمن الحدود التشغيلية المقرّرة.
🔹 Performance Qualification (PQ) التأكّد من أنّ الأداء الفعلي للنظام مستقرّ ومتّسق أثناء الاستخدام اليومي.

ولا تنتهي عملية التحقق عند هذه المراحل، بل تستمر من خلال الحفاظ على حالة التحقق (Validated State) عبر تطبيق
Change Control، وPeriodic Review، وRevalidation عند حدوث أي تغيير أو تعديل جوهري.

إنّ التحقق ليس مجرّد إجراء تنظيمي، بل هو ركيزة أساسية لضمان السيطرة، والاعتمادية، والثقة العلمية في كل ما يتعلّق بسلامة وجودة المنتج الدوائي.

التحقق لا يهدف إلى اكتشاف الإخفاقات، بل إلى منعها قبل حدوثها

Job Vacancy: Project Management Section Head

📍 Location: Amman, Jordan
📑 Reports to: PMO Head
Female candidates are preferred

🎯 Main Objective

Ensure optimal performance and business results throughout the Idea-to-Market process — from development and licensing to registration, manufacturing, and launching new pharmaceutical products into new markets.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute detailed project and pipeline plans (scope, budget, timeline, responsibilities).
2. Maintain transparent tracking and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
3. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve technical readiness for product launches.
4. Monitor progress, identify risks, and report deviations to management.
5. Optimize project processes and resolve technical challenges.
6. Coordinate between R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

⚙️ Detailed Duties

1. Translate approved projects into actionable ex*****on plans.
2. Define scope, timelines, and milestones in the project tool.
3. Actively follow up on progress and communicate updates post-decision.
4. Support multi-year launch planning and readiness reviews.
5. Lead technical launch management for both in-house and in-licensed products.

🎓 Job Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Experience across Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
4. PMP® certification is required.
5. Excellent command of English and Arabic.
6. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
