الإجراء الصحيح دائمًا يكون:
إزالة الزائدة أو الشامة أولًا، ثم إجراء المكياج الدائم بعد التأكد من سلامة الجلد.

This patient had bad experience with removing Tattoo with Laser before she visited my clinic. She had burns on her skin and some small scars, and remaining red ink . I was working 1 year with this patient- continue removing red ink and treatment of scars .

ليش التاتو الأسود بيتحوّل رمادي مزرق؟

👁️ لأننا بنشوف بس الضوء المنعكس، والعين أول شي بتلتقطه هو الأطوال الموجية القصيرة، وأقصرها هو اللون الأزرق (حوالي 450-500 نانومتر).
مع الوقت، الصبغة اللي داخل الجلد بتنزل أعمق بطبقة الأدمة (Dermis)، وهذا العمق بيغيّر شكل اللون — فبدل ما يظل أسود، بيصير رمادي مزرق. كل ما مضى وقت أطول، بتغوص الصبغة أعمق، فبيصير اللون أزرق أكتر.

💬 طيب ليش تاتو الحواجب بيصير رمادي مزرق (ومش المقصود المكياج الدائم!)؟

* السبب الأول: الحبر (Ink)
نوع الحبر هو العامل الأساسي. حبر التاتو الجسماني مش نفس حبر المكياج الدائم. للمكياج الدائم لازم ينستخدم نوع خاص من الحبر مصمم للبشرة الرقيقة وما يخترقها بعمق، أما حبر التاتو فتركيبته مختلفة وموجه للجلد السميك.

* السبب الثاني: التقنية (Technique)**
بالمكياج الدائم، الإبرة بتدخل فقط بالطبقات السطحية للأدمة (قريبة من البشرة الخارجية).
أما في التاتو العادي، الإبرة بتدخل أعمق — أحياناً حتى ضمن طبقة الأدمة السفلية أو حتى بشكل خاطئ داخل البشرة نفسها — فبيصير اللون مع الوقت رمادي مزرق بسبب عمق الصبغة وانكسار الضوء داخل الجلد.

باختصار:

* التاتو الأعمق = لون أزرق رمادي مع الزمن.
* المكياج الدائم السطحي = لون ثابت وطبيعي أكثر.

Why did the black tattoo on my body turn gray-blue?

-We see only reflected light and the first thing the eye perceives are short wavelengths. The shortest wavelength is blue - 450-500 m.
-In reality, we see gray-blue because the pigment penetrates deeper into the dermis over time, distorting the color. This is due to the structure of the skin, and the more time passes, the deeper the pigment, and the bluer the tattoo appears.
Why Eyebrows Tattoos became gray-blue? Yes yes Tattoos not Permanent makeup!!!!!

- Ink : Quality of ink is very important . For permanent makeup should be used specifical types of ink and its not the same what we use for body Tattoos
- Technique: Permanent makeup has very superficial types of techniques - upper layers of the dermis. Body Tattoos done in lower layers of the dermis ( sometimes in epidermis) .

إزالة تاتو الحواجب باستخدام جهاز Helios 4 لأول مرة في الأردن 🇯🇴
لهذه الحالة قمنا بإزالة تاتو الحواجب الأسود حتى الوصول إلى بشرة صافية تماماً.
المنطقة المحددة تحتوي على لون بيج (ثاني أكسيد التيتانيوم)، وكما تلاحظون لم يتغير لونه بعد جلسة الليزر، إذ تم استخدام تقنية خاصة لتقليل محتوى ثاني أكسيد التيتانيوم في الجلد.
وأصبحت درجة اللون البيج أقل وضوحًا بشكل ملحوظ بعد المعالجة.
