American Academy Jordan (school and kindergarten) was founded in 2011 in Zarqa, Jordan. AAJ is the first and only international school accredited by the British Council and the Ministry of Education (www.moe.gov.jo). AAJ has been established and engaged by elite patriots who are passionate about the importance of merging modern education with the preservation of Arab cultural identity for generations to come. AAJ seeks to raise peaceful citizens to be expansive thinkers for generations to come. The academy has expanded with modern facilities and technology to ensure quality education, with the best international curriculums and instruction methodology. AAJ is a distinguished leader in offering Montessori systems for early stage education. All of the AAJ students, families, and staff participate as a community to raise a new generation with the ability to take what they learn and do something new with it, to lead new developments world-wide, from design to medicine, making impact economically, socially, culturally, internationally.
