一か月前に勉強した、フェルミ推定の復習をしました。今回は、日本にある児童販売機の数などを計算しました。

②合宿の内容を決める（目的、内容）
ミャンマー渡航前に合宿を行うのでその内容について検討しました。内容は、ミャンマー入門やソーシャルビジネスのプレゼン大会実施、みんなで料理することを考えています。

① Fermi estimation review
I reviewed the estimation of Fermi which we studied one month ago. This time, I calculated the number of vending machines in Japan etc.

② Decide contents of training camp (purpose, content)
we examine the contents because I will hold a training camp before going to Myanmar. The content is introductory to Myanmar, the presentation meeting of social business, we are thinking about cooking by everyone.。

Good morning everyone!
we are One more.
We had the weekly meeting last Friday while there were heavy snow.

This is the contents.
①Small presentation about micro finance
②Contents about training camp that we'll have
③Preparation for visiting Myanmar
　
①Small presentation about microfinance
・We did it in order to know more about our circle
because we are going to do micro finance in Myanmar
, and we wrote report about micro finance to make sure
how we did by seeing in paper.

②Contents about training camp that we'll have
・we discussed contents of training camp that we will
have it before visiting Myanmar.
　
③Preparation for visiting Myanmar
・We talked about which place we will go while we are
staying in Myanmar. There are a lot of heritage in Myanmar.
Some members were excited to hear that.

先週の金曜日、雪にも負けず、
厳しい寒さにも負けずに、
ミーティングが開かれました。

今回のミーティングの内容として
①マイクロファイナンスについての個人発表
②合宿の内容を決める（目的、内容）
③ミャンマー渡航の準備

・個人個人の団体としての活動を紙に写すことで、
視覚化し、自分たちの活動についての
さらなる深い学びを促しました。

それについての準備を行いました。

・現地の滞在期間中にミャンマーの
有名な都市を回るか、
メンバーがどの場所を訪れてみたいか
について話し合いました。
ミャンマーには歴史的に有名な
建造物が多くあると聞き、
何人かのメンバーたちは
興奮していましたね。

「コネ」vs「ネットワーク」
　「コネ」
　皆さんはどういう事イメージをした？決して良い言葉とは思わなかった人々大多数だと予測される。
じゃあ、それは何故？天下りや横領、就職する際に知人や親戚の伝手で企業や政治に関わり、お金を儲けるなんて日本でもよく聞く話だ。

“Connection”

　What do you image up about it? It is predicted that the majority of people who never thought this was a good word. Well, why do you think so? People who exploits their the way of using connection abuses the appointment of a former government official to a responsible position in a private company, embezzlement, we often hear about it some people who is involved in companies and politics with acquaintances and relatives' gifts and makes money.

「ネットワーク」

　皆さんどういう事をイメージした？「コネ」と全く意味は同じだ。ただ使う場面が異なるだけではないのだろうか。
　“Network”

　What did everyone image up about that? It has the same meaning as "connection". Is not it just a different scene to use?

　使い方を誤るか正当に用いるかどうかという事だけで、ネットワークを創り出逢うという事は非常に大事な事である。普段出来ない非日常的な事でも、自分が創り上げたネットワークの一部である人が、自分を認めてくれて、その時に思い出してくれて、話のネタとして話してくれ偶然的にも繋げてくれるかも知れないし、繋がらないかも知れない。何故そのような事が起こり得るのか。それは自分がよく分かっているはずだ。
　あなたはいつもの出逢いを大切にしているか。いつ、どこで、なにが、繋がるのかは自分でさえも予想つかない事ではあるが、あなたの役に立つ手助けにはなるだろう。言い換えれば、自分を陥れるネットワークも自然に創り上げられるという事だ。
　未来の自分を手助けするためには現在の自分をしっかり鍛えて、ネットワークが創れるような人間になってもらいたい。そうすると、どんどんどんどん広がっていきますから。
　
　It is only whether to use it wrongly or justly. Creating a network, meeting is very important. Even if it is unusual that you cannot do normally, people who are part of the network you created may approve yourself and connect them or may not connect. Why can such a thing happen? It should be familiar to you.
　Do you value your usual encounter? It is unexpected that even you cannot predict when, where, and what will be connected, but it will help you. In other words, it means that you can create your own network that naturally creates.
　In order to help myself in the future, we want to train your current self so that you become a human being who can create a network. Then, it will expand rapidly and steadily.

＜English below＞

何故、企業は潰れる？何故、企業は儲かる？

実に簡単な事だ。利益追求の時代になってしまったからである。

国も企業と同じだ。

　　Why does company go bankrupt? Why does company have profited?

It is really easy, because of a way of thinking in which a person pursues only what will profit him/her privately.

Country is the same as the company.

　戦後、日本は敗戦し厳しい状況下に置かれていたが、それらを振り払うかの如く、皆一丸となり100年もかからず短期間で産業は栄え、日本人全体が奮起したと言えよう。経済面で短期間、長期間のスパンで一企業それぞれ戦略を考え、先人が英知を以てアプローチしていった事によって、現在の経済的に豊かな日本が構築されていったために私たちは何不自由無く、日本で生活する事が出来る。

　　After the war, Japan was defeated and put under severe circumstances, but everyone became a university, the industry prospered in a short period of time in less than 100 years, the entire Japanese was inspired. In terms of economy, considering the strategy of each company with both short-term spans and long-term spans, as our predecessors approached with wisdom, due to the current economically rich Japan being built, we can live in Japan without any inconvenience.

　では、発展途上国はどうか。

　発展途上国という言葉は人々の思考に大きな利点も、悪影響をも齎す。なぜなら、“先進国”と呼ばれる国、地域に住んでいる人々にとって、１つの見方しか出来なくなる。もう一方の“発展途上国”に住んでいる人々にとっては、1度先進国でおいしい経験をしてしまうと、いくら母国でさえ戻りたくなくなり、先進国で働く事を志望する人々は年々増加しつつある。

　　Then, how about developing country?

　　The word, developing countries, brings advantages and disadvantages to people's thinking as well. For the people living in countries or regions called "developed countries", only one perspective can be done. For those living in the other "developing country", if you would have a happy experience in developed countries, you will not want to return even in your home country. And people who wish to work in developed countries increases year by year.

　双方に共通している経験、それは『教育』である。教育が人を育て、創り上げるのだ。例えば、家庭内で親が子どもに躾をする。これも教育である。精神面でも教育は必要である。例えば差別。ある一つの宗教や教え、迷信が人々の精神を支配する。それがきっかけで対立や紛争が起きたりする。ある一つの見方しか出来なくなる前に、他に別の世界を見てみて欲しい。

　　The experience common to both sides is "education". Education raises people and creates them. For example, parents discipline children. This is also education. Education is necessary also in the mental aspect. Discrimination, for example. One religion, teaching, superstition dominates the spirit of people. Conflict and conflict happens due to that. I want you to see another world before only one perspective can be done.

そして、ボランティア活動を積極的に行う人々も一方的に“貧しい人たち”に経済的投資をするのは望ましいとは言えない。経済的支援を与えて貰っていた人は、そのおかげで短期間でも幸せを味わえたかもしれない。しかし貴方が居なくなったら彼らはどうなるか、また貧しい日々を送るようになるのだ。結果は目に見えている。彼らに必要な事は彼らが生きていくために自立性を創造していくためには必要不可欠なのは教育なのだ。

　　And it is not desirable for people who positively volunteer to do economic investment on "poor people" unilaterally. Those who were given economic support may have been able to experience happiness in a short period of time. But what happens to them when you are gone? They will live a poor life again. In order for them to live independently, education is essential.

we held the weekly meeting last Friday

Even though our students group is so young, we consolidate the basis of group gradually.

we discussed
①how to manage the meeting
②how to accept new members
③how to raise money for taking a passage to Myanmar

　①how to manage meeting
・we talked about what should we do in order to make the weekly meeting more effectively.
・we talked about how to decrease the number of people who are late to attend meeting.
・we promised each other to tell how long we will be late beforehand.

　②how to accept new members
・we decided the flow when people apply to our group

　③how to raise money for taking a passage to Myanmar
・There are some people who will not take passage to Myanmar for financial problem. Hence, we talked about how to raise money as long as we can by ourselves.

今後どうやってメンバーを決めるかの大体の流れを決めました。

金銭的に厳しいメンバーもいるので、どうやってできる限り自分たちの力だけで渡航できるのかを考えました。
