早いもんです。

明日は東京マラソンです
今日の朝は
今回のレース直前に診て欲しい！！
と、いうニューヨークからの患者さんが

また朝の東京は
外国人みんな走ってるし

なんだが祭りっぽい雰囲気はいいですね🏮

自分は高校生の時
吉祥寺駅で成田空港に行けずに困ってる外国人の世話をした時から
仕事で世界中の人とやり取りしたいと
どんな仕事をやるにしても、願っていたから

今、それが来ているので幸せです

最高の週末を👋

Good morning.
February is over.
Already two months into the year.
Time flies.

Tomorrow is the Tokyo Marathon.
This morning,
I had a patient from New York who wanted me to physio therapy before the race!!

Once again, in Tokyo this morning,
all the foreigners are running.

It's a festival-like atmosphere, and it's lovely. 🏮

Ever since I was in high school,
I helped a foreigner at Kichijoji Station who couldn't get to Narita Airport.

I've always wanted to interact with people from all over the world at work,
no matter what job I do.

Now that it's happening, I'm so happy.

Takashi-san is truly a godsend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m a beach volleyball athlete, and even though I wasn’t actively training or competing while traveling in Japan
I suddenly developed one-sided hip pain along with neck pain.
I tried stretching, foam rolling, resting, but nothing helped, and the pain only kept getting worse.

I reached out to Takashi-san on Instagram to set up a last-minute appointment.
From the start, his knowledge of the body was incredible.
He quickly identified an issue with my hip abductors and got straight to work.
Within our 90-minute session, my pain dropped from an 8 to about 3.
And amazingly, by the next day, it was completely gone🤯

What really sets him apart is that he doesn’t just treat muscles or soft tissue.
He took the time to teach me targeted exercises that addressed mobility and strength.
It was honestly mind-blowing and showed how thoughtfully he approaches movement and injury as a whole system.

I highly recommend Takashi-san, especially for athletes! You’ll learn a lot.
And on top of that, he’s incredibly friendly and funny, which makes the whole experience even better☺️

あとわずかになりました
実は、になりますが
12月の頭に
骨折してました🤣

なんか時々変な歩き方してるの
気づいたでしょ〜😋

"絶対折れてない‼️"
と、希望的観測と現実逃避で自己診断しましたが…😅
尊敬するDr.(画像参照🤭)は冷静に

きっちり剥離骨折🩼
(やっぱり感情が物事の判断を狂わせますね👀)

折れたところが
親指の先端なことから
歩けるし仕事できるし
"休まず働け👊"ということなので

いつも通りです🫡

そして
患者さんや、関わってくださる皆様

我が身をもって
みなさんの厄をかわりに落としましたので

安心して
