My chart has got close to square today.

Recently I started testing eating lime flower honey before I go to bed.

By the way lime flower is herb and different from tree of Buddha.

When I tried eating lime flower honey on first time, my upper right part became down drastically.

So I tried eating it jump followed by a jump and keep checking.

Then my upper right part recovered and became in order.

Brain is categorized on upper right part, and I guess lime flower honey helps my brain rest while sleeping.

I was on a lower right upward trend, but recently changed into upper right upward.

Brain is classified into upper right part. The person upper right upward is trend toward perceptual disturbance and insomnia.

So I keep trying to increase lower left part with supplements and several actions.

I still have same tendency of lower left is low.

I have the runs last night, constipation and loose bowels are related with automatic nerve.

And automatic nerve is classified into lower left part in ORA, I need to improve lower left part for my body balance.

It's very hard to balance this part for me and my family.

But I felt difference among 8 scents of ORA check kit, though.

I have tendency lower left is low, so I continue to take this part supplement.

Actually my family, my mom and aunt have same tendency, lower left are low.

Female hormone and automatic nerve fall into lower left, my family including me need to be careful about balance of those functions.

Lower right still have high tendency to extend.
My sleep light was caused by tendency lower upper right.
Because brain falls into upper right, so I took “Sesamin” with DHA and EPA today.
