3月 レイキ体験交流会 報告
あっという間に3月が終わりました。
今回も、純粋にレイキを堪能する場を作らせていただきました。
ご参加くださった皆さま、そしていつも支えてくださる皆さまに、心から感謝いたします🙏✨
日常生活の中では、
さまざまな立場で、さまざまな出来事が起こります。
傷ついたり、傷つけてしまったり、
飲み込んだり、飲み込まされたり、
感情があふれてしまうこともあれば、
優しさに触れたり、優しさを広げたりすることもあります。
そんな日々の中で、
月に一度や二度、ここで数時間、
一旦リセットして整え、
ご自身の芯を確認していただけたら幸いです。
次回交流会は

March Reiki Interaction Gathering – Reflection
And just like that, March has come to an end.
Once again, I was able to hold a space
to simply be with Reiki.
To everyone who joined,
and to those who continue to support me,
my heartfelt thanks 🙏✨
In our daily lives,
we move through so many layers of experience—
moments of hurt,
moments we may hurt others,
times we hold things in,
and times emotions overflow.
And sometimes,
we encounter kindness—
or become that kindness.
Even just once or twice a month,
a few hours here
to pause, reset, and realign—
a gentle return to your center.
