Service dog "Jin" is popular with many patients and all staffs in my office. He loves to greet other patients. And while the owner is being treated, he stays patiently lies down at her step. For dogs as like him my clinic is Dog Friendly.

日本では二月末からワクチン接種が始まる。しかしよく考えて欲しいです、ファイザーのワクチンは症状の発現をブロックしますが感染はブロックできません。ファイザーの筋肉注射で行うタイプのワクチンはIg Gを作ります。そしてこれは鼻や肺の粘膜、細胞に感染するコロナウイルスをブロックできません。これらの粘膜や肺に有効なのはIg A でファイザーのワクチンはIg Aをほとんど作ることができません。ですからこのワクチンを接種してもコロナウイルスの感染は防げないと思います。しかしこのワクチンが98％有効と言われています。何に対して有効？しかも有効判定の時期は夏です。通常ワクチンの有効判定は流行期に実行しなければ意味がないです。それとも有効ななにか企業秘密があるのでしょうか？

I did the COVID19 antibody test by myself. The result was "Negative". This simple virus antibody test kit is used to diagnose IgG and IgM. C is a control, and if I'm currently infected, a line appears in M, if I've been infected in the past, it's in G, if I'm currently infected and have antibodies then line appears in G and M.

医院では20年前から診療時口腔外バキュームによって粉塵の吸引を行い診療時の粉塵汚染に留意してきました。またフェイスシールドをスタッフ全員が着用しています。各診療台はパーテイションで区切られており、隣の患者さんと可能な限り隔離する様努めています。受付は透明ビニールシートで覆い、対応時の感染予防に配慮しています。待合室のスリッパは殺菌灯で常時殺菌されており、空気清浄機により室内の浄化にも注意しています。 #コロナ対策　 #口腔外バキューム　 #フェイスシールド

「コロナウイルス対策に次亜塩素酸水が有効です」
"Hypochlorous acid water is effective against coronavirus"

当医院では以前より歯周病治療や外科処置に次亜塩素酸水を活用してきました。次亜塩素酸水は当医院で食塩水を電気分解して作っています。コロナウイルス、ノロウイルスなどあらゆる病原菌に有効なことが証明されています。スプレーボトルや加湿器に入れて室内の殺菌や手指の消毒に利用できます。もし必要であればお分けしています。ご連絡ください。

私たちの医院で提供している次亜塩素酸水はジア塩素濃度が600ppmの高濃度です。もしあなたが口の洗浄に使う場合それを3倍の200ppmに薄めてください。またスプレーボトルに入れて手指の殺菌、テーブルや家具の除菌に使う場合100ppmが適当です。超音波式の加湿器に入れて室内の空気を除菌する場合は50~10ppmで十分です。高濃度の次亜塩素酸水は保存期間が短く3ヶ月くらいですが、それを200ppmに薄めて冷暗所なら1年くらい保存可能です。

Hypochlorous acid water provided in our clinic has a high dichlorine concentration of 600 ppm. If you use it for mouth cleaning, dilute it to 3 times 200ppm.
