I’ve heard a few times that I’m an “overly positive person” 😁 I wouldn’t say overly but surely positivity is imprinted in me.

Every experience has both positive and negative aspects in it. My choice is always to focus on positive one. It doesn’t mean ignoring the negatives. I accept them at that moment but don’t allow the negative aspect to run the show.

When I go to the caves I will get dirty, sweaty, tired. That’s the fact. And it’s ok. I’m just directing all my focus to the fun that comes with it 😊 because having fun it’s also the fact.

When I drink water I accept the fact that I will p*e a lot and get up at night a few times but I focus on the cleansing aspect of it.

I use this approach in my daily life all the time and it works for me 🥰

It’s all about perspective, about the way we look at our experiences. When we focus on positive aspect we focus on the energy of gratitude and our vibration changes.

I burnt my hand a week ago. I could give all my attention to how bad the skin looks like but I also got a little cute heart that puts a smile on my face 💚

I woke up today a bit off. Gradually things started going wrong. I could see the tension going up and I didn’t like it. I took a different road to work. Suddenly, as I was passing a green hill, I felt the need to go to the forest. I hit the breaks, found a place to park and immersed my self in the greenery. I could feel that I started relaxing, the stress was melting away and my body started absorbing the energy of the nature. It was magical. I was a bit late for work but it was so worth it 💚

Self-care and charging is so important. For me it’s through interacting with nature, for someone else it might be painting, working on cars, gardening etc. Finding the time to do it is not always easy but necessary. It feels really good 🦋

I’ve been into gardening for a while and I love putting seeds in the ground and watch them grow.

We are like those seeds of Caesalpinia Pulcherrima. If you just have them in the box, nothing will happen. They can stay like this for many years. The first effort is to take the seeds out then we need to put them in the soil and water them. And then the magic happens. This little one is a day old and still needs some extra care. As it grows I will put it in the bigger pot and use some fertilizer for it to grow and bloom so beautifully.

We are like this seed. We need to make an effort to take the first step and then create the right environment for us to grow. It’s more difficult in the beginning so we need to really give ourselves lots of love and extra care. When the change starts happening it feels amazing. Sometimes we might think we are good now and we let go of the care. The thing is that it is a never ending process and we need to remember to support ourselves all the time. Just as we cannot stop watering the plants we cannot stop caring about ourselves 💚
