Tokyo Metropolitan Care Worker Employment Promotion Project

1. Eligible applicants
- Anyone who is willing to work at MCS senior facilities in Tokyo area
- Permanent, long-term, Japanese spouse-visa holder
- Can speak conversational Japanese, can read and write hiragana and katakana

●Certified care worker (kaigo fukushi) and Nursing care staff practitioner training (Kaigo Jitsumusha Kenshu) license holder are not eligible to apply.

2. Merit
- Training is free of charge
- You will receive salary while taking the course

3. Term of employment contract
- The contract is for a fixed term of up to 6 months.
*Continued employment after the fixed-term contract period is possible. In that case, you will be hired as a regular employee or contract employee.
