☆当日キャンセルについて☆

当店では、当日キャンセルにつきましてはどのメニューにつき3,000円のキャンセル料を頂戴します。

（前日までの変更・キャンセルは問題ありません。）
キャンセル待ちのお客様もいらっしゃいますので、このようなルールを設けさせていただいております。

当日のやむを得ない事情や状況によりキャンセルされる場合もございますが、全てのお客様に平等に対応させていただいておりますので、ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

☆チケットでの当日キャンセルについて☆

当日キャンセルの場合は、1回分が消費されます。前日までのキャンセルは問題ありません。

今後ともリラクゼーションサロンAbadiをよろしくお願いいたします。

☆About cancellations on the day☆

In my shop, charge a cancellation fee of 3,000 yen per menu for cancellations on the day.

(Changes and cancellations up to the day before are no problem.)

It has customers on a waiting list for cancellations, so it has made this rule.
I understand that there may be unavoidable circumstances or situations on the day, but i treat all customers equally, so i appreciate your understanding.

☆About ticket usage period and cancellations on the day☆

Please use your tickets within the expiration date. If you cancel on the day, one use will be consumed. Cancellations up to the day before are no problem.

まず、医療従事者はじめ感染防止にご尽力されてる皆様に、深く感謝申し上げます。

Salon Abadiでは、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大ならびに政府による緊急事態宣言の発令により、お客様の健康と安全のため、しばらくの間臨時休業とさせていただきます。

お客様におかれましては、ご不便、ご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご理解賜りますよう宜しくお願いします。

I would like to express deep gratitude to all medical staff and all those who are working hard to prevent infections.

At Salon Abadi due to the spread of coronavirus infection and the Government’s declaration of an emergency, it will be closed for the time being for the safely and health of all customers.

I apologize for the inconvenience this closer might cause to all of my customers, but i would appreciate you kind understanding.
