I’ll keep talking about this this month!!! 😇 I just don’t want anyone to miss out.

I’ll be honest: it’s hard as a micro studio to offer free trial lessons but I know that feeling of paying for a class or product and it not being what you expected!no one benefits from that! So I like to do these promos a couple times a year as that little nudge to give my studio a try.

To my regular customers: if you introduce a new trial (free) student, and they book another paid class in the future, I will give you a free class as a thank you! I really appreciate my community 🫶

Thanks to everyone who stopped by the garage sale. Still have lots of items looking for a new home (for all genders), so if you’re dropping by to do yoga, please have a look! Items are ¥200-1000 so won’t break the bank. I’ll also have a few “boutique times” over the next few weeks where you’re welcome to browse and/or enjoy a soft drink on the terrace. I’ll be posting times soon.

Also making my class schedule for next month, so feel free to reach out with requests: days, times, topics. Also if you’re interested in working 1:1 to develop a certain skill or practice, let’s talk!

Updated flyer for the garage sale on 10/19. Hope you all can come by & hang with us, get some “new” used treasures, eat some treats, and hear live music. Event is free, but no outside food or drinks. Bring your friends & fam, everyone is welcome. 🫶

Putting together a free event at California Bliss Dept. this month. Some friends will play live music, I’ll do a short solo set, and me and Tomo will sell some lightly used items we hope will find new, loving homes. Come find some good bargains & soak up the good vibes.

Everyone oohs and aaahs over the unpredictable sakura, but can we take a moment to appreciate the higan-bana, who arrive right around Higan every year?

This time of year is sometimes dedicated to reflecting on our actions and ways to reach enlightenment. Maybe we just take it as an invitation to wander in the flowers, to be more present.

Hi all! California Bliss Dept. will be closed from July 24 until 30 since I’ll be enjoying = one of my yearly summer rituals. See ya when I get back!

Ways to practice yoga without entering the studio:
-giving yourself some quality breathing time
-finding compassion & acting in alignment with it
-introspective creation
-connecting with nature, even if it’s just a little w**d growing out of the sidewalk
