★アレルギー外来は9日と23日の火曜日午後と、13日と27日の土曜日午前です

⚫︎副院長は10日・24日水曜日の午後は大学病院勤務のため不在、15日月曜日の午前は不在です（午後は勤務いたします）

⚫︎院長は8日月曜日は不在です

⚫︎混雑により発熱外来予約システムでは時間通りにお呼び出しできないことがあり、ご迷惑をおかけしております

名古屋での講演、無事終了しました。

一演題目、乳児血管腫のご講演は愛知医科大学の大先輩で『西堀形成外科』の西堀先生。たくさんの症例をご紹介頂きとてもわかりやすく勉強になりました！

また、座長は愛知医科大学の堀先生、学生実習以来の再会でした。

そして会場には愛知医科大学の同級生&蒲郡市民病院で共に働いたことのある『げんKIDSクリニック』の田中先生が講演を聴きに来てくれました！

Our lecture in Nagoya has successfully finished.

The first session on infantile hemangioma was given by my great senior from Aichi Medical University, Dr. Nishihori of “Nishihori Plastic Surgery”. His talk was full of real cases and incredibly easy to understand—so much to learn!

The chairperson was Dr. Hori from Aichi Medical University, and it was our first reunion since my student days.

And my classmate from Aichi Medical University, Dr. Tanaka of “Gen KIDS Clinic”, who I once worked with at Gamagori City Hospital, also came all the way to listen to the lecture!

高野小学校で生徒のみなさん、保護者、そして先生方を対象に〝朝ごはんの大切さ〟の講演を行いました。

前座の児童保健委員会のみなさんの発表は寸劇もありとても楽しく、そして講演の後にはみなさん活発に意見を発表していて感心しました！

大切な３つの約束
①朝ごはんは起きたらできるだけすぐに食べよう
②朝ごはんにちょっとタンパク質を取り入れてみよう
③寝る前の夜食やゲーム、携帯電話はがまん！

今日からできることを、私たち大人も一緒に少しずつ実践しましょう！

「朝ごはんで元気パワーアップ
～１日を元気に過ごすための生活の仕方を考えよう～」
（１）児童保健委員会の発表

「早寝・早起き・朝ごはん大作戦～今日がもっと楽しくなる生活のコツ～」

I gave a talk at Takano Elementary School for all students, parents, and teachers about the importance of eating breakfast.

The presentation by the Student Health Committee before my talk included a fun short skit, and after the lecture everyone shared their thoughts so actively—it was really impressive!

Our 3 important promises:
① Eat breakfast as soon as possible after waking up
② Include protein in your breakfast
③ Avoid late-night snacks, games, and smartphone use before bed

Let’s start with small changes from today—together with us adults too!

こーたろーさんは上市町出身（クリニックのある立山町のお隣）、16歳で写真家としてデビューし現在18歳！来年3月には現在お住まいの東京で個展を開催されるそうです。今後の活躍に目が離せません！
