We are excited to offer this 4-week introductory series with Sabrina that breaks down the foundations of Ashtanga yoga in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.
Across four progressive sessions, you’ll learn:
• The basics of breath (ujjayi), bandhas, and drishti
• Sun Salutations A & B
• Key postures from the Primary Series
• Safe alignment, modifications, and how to move with steady rhythm
• How to cultivate consistency and mindfulness both on and off the mat
Each week layers new knowledge onto the last, helping you feel grounded, capable, and inspired by the structure of the Ashtanga method. By the end of the series, you’ll understand the traditional sequence and feel prepared to join led classes or begin a home practice with confidence.
Perfect for absolute beginners, anyone returning to practice, or students wanting to deepen their understanding of Ashtanga.
