Ever worked so hard that even the work smart theory started looking at you like, “You’re on your own, my friend”?🫩😥 In the business world, competition is a sport, and everyone is training like they’re going to the Olympics. Well, healthcare is no different, except our competitors include private hospitals, public facilities, and a few suspicious characters who diagnose people using vibes and Google searches.

In the middle of all that noise, Premiercare Hospital Group still stands out. Why? Because of the dedication, resilience, and downright stubborn positivity of our staff and our CEO, Dr. Ojwang, who somehow manages to steer this ship even when the waves look like they’ve been generated by a malfunctioning washing machine.

This year hasn’t been a walk in the park😮‍💨. Honestly, it’s been more of a run through a maze with your eyes half-closed. But we kept showing up, putting our best feet forward (yes, both of them🤣), and delivering the best care we possibly could. Were there hiccups? Of course, if healthcare had no hiccups, it wouldn’t be healthcare. What matters is how committed we are to getting things right every single time.

And today, we celebrate - big wins, small wins, medium-sized wins, and those sneaky in-between wins that don’t look like much but still deserve applause. Including our recent Gold Award in promoting health online. We didn’t just aim to be seen; we aimed to be useful, and you helped make that happen.

But here’s the fun twist: sexual health isn’t the awkward, whisper-only topic people treat like a cursed family secret. It’s actually about understanding your body, your feelings, your boundaries, and your safety so you don’t walk through life confused, pressured, or relying on the internet’s finest nonsense. When you know what’s normal, suddenly the whole “growing up” thing feels less like a horror movie and more like a journey you can actually handle. And feelings? They’re real, they’re valid, and guess what?no one’s alone in that rollercoaster.

Attraction, confusion, crushes, heartbreak… it’s all part of the plot and none of it means you’re broken. Then there’s boundaries, the part everyone should talk about louder. Your body means your say. Period. You’re allowed to slow down, to say no, to protect your peace, and to choose what aligns with you - not vibes, not pressure, not someone else’s timeline. On Tuesday, Premiercare signed a landmark agreement with Health X, our strategic telemedicine partner.
