We are excited to spotlight Mental 360 as an Ecosystem Partner for the Professionals Connect – Nairobi Edition on the 27th of March - This Friday!

Mental360 is a social enterprise improving access to mental health care in Kenya through community-based and peer-led approaches, especially for young people.

Given the strong impact and recognition of Mental360's work within the mental health space in Kenya, they'll give attendees a broader perspective on collaboration and sustainable care.

On behalf of the Mental 360 team, we are pleased to invite you to a special film screening and reflective dialogue experience scheduled for 28th March at 4:30 PM at Unseen Nairobi, the next day after the Nairobi Connect.

The evening will feature Cards on the Table, a compelling Kenyan film directed by Victor Gatonye and produced by Blackwell Films.

The screening will be followed by a guided conversation exploring how stress, economic pressure, and past experiences shape mental wellbeing, relationships, and life choices.

These themes closely align with Mental 360’s commitment to strengthening mental health awareness, promoting help-seeking behaviours, and fostering safe spaces for dialogue within our communities.

We would be truly honoured by your presence at this meaningful engagement. Kindly confirm your attendance by reserving your seat using the link below:

Wilde Digital specializes in helping brands and professionals communicate clearly and effectively in the digital space — ensuring that their work reaches the right audience in a meaningful way.

This is especially important in the mental health field today.

Many counsellors and psychologists are doing impactful work, but often struggle with visibility, communication, and attracting the right clients in an increasingly digital world.

At The Connect, we are addressing not just the clinical side of practice, but also the business and growth side — including how professionals position themselves and make their work accessible.

Our Story

She walked into her office amidst the stares of her colleagues. "I must be looking really great," she thought to herself. Several minutes later, the HR Manager walked in and told her she was fired as the company was downsizing. " How will I manage, where will I get the money to clear my car loan, what will my children eat now that my husband is also out of a job?" she asked herself as the HR Manager talked on. With all these unanswered questions in mind, she packed her laptop back into her bag and walked out of her office. That is how life can change! We are here to help you cope and regain the fulfillment your life had. To help you heal, feel restored and flourish beyond expectation.

HIS STORY

“My wife is packing her bags and wants to leave. She got wind of my affair and I have no idea what to do or say to get her to stay.” He said almost sobbing.

It’s been two months now and all I can think of is how to get her back. She won’t pick my calls or respond to any of my messages. This is getting frustrating....
