As the planting season begins, we encourage our smallholder farmers to prepare their farms and take advantage of this important period for establishing strong and productive farms.

To support our smallholder farmers, we provide high-quality macadamia, avocado, and mango seedlings, Rotuba Tosha fertiliser, and professional agronomic support. Our field agronomists are on the ground to guide farmers on proper planting, soil preparation, and farm management to ensure healthy tree growth and long-term productivity.

Today, around 70% of our workforce are women. For many, stable employment provides financial independence, the ability to support their families, and the opportunity to build a secure future.

🥑 𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗢 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗘 𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
Through strategic local processing, we are strengthening Kenya’s avocado value chain. By converting fresh avocados into premium avocado oil, we reduce shipment costs, optimise logistics, and deliver consistent global quality.

Our operations create skilled jobs in extraction, quality control, packaging, and distribution, ensuring more value remains with our smallholder farmers and within the local economy.

We also repurpose peels and seeds into organic compost, returning nutrients to the soil and advancing a truly circular, sustainable model.

BIOFACH 2026 is over: Despite strikes in Nuremberg, we were able to welcome many visitors and engage in valuable discussions with long-standing partners and new connections.

For us, it was a successful fair and a strong reminder of what drives us: 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 we implement every day along the entire value chain, together with our teams in Kenya and Germany. 🌍

BIOFACH 2027 is set to expand its profile to include additional topics such as sustainable food systems and future-oriented themes.
