We are in the final stages of both the internal and external validation exercise for our 2026–2031 Strategic Plan.

As we conclude this phase, we look forward to drafting a strategic plan that is inclusive, impactful, and one that places the future of our hospital at the heart of every decision.

Day 2 marked the conclusion of a productive two day workshop held at Nokras Hotel, bringing together the hospital management team and Heads of Department to develop the hospital’s 5 year Strategic Plan (2026–2031).
The session also provided an opportunity to reflect on the progress and key achievements realized under the previous strategic plan.
The new strategic plan is focused on building upon what has worked well over the years, while identifying areas for improvement to further strengthen service delivery.
Our goal remains clear: to provide high quality, patient centered care while upholding the highest standards of healthcare, and to position the hospital as a leading teaching and referral facility in the country.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the Department of Health, led by CEC for Health Jamal Runyenje Ogw , as well as the hospital management, for their continued support and commitment. Their dedication has been instrumental in shaping a practical, forward looking, and impactful vision for the future of our hospital.
