We held Ride4Arthritis 6th Edition postmortem meeting to reflect on what went well, challenges and lessons learnt, setting ground on the way forward into the 7th Edition later this year.

We deeply appreciate our 6th Edition sponsors Tawfiq Hospital Malindi Kenya Shanzu Fitness and Duathlon Hotel Illusions Malindi Cycling CLUB - MCC Cycling Club Lounge Kakamega AZIZ Driving School LTD and our compassionate cyclists who cycled for over 330 KMs to raise arthritis awareness and funds to construct a modern arthritis clinic.

As the 2025 6th Edition Ride4Arthritis event comes to close today, we call on the government to take necessary steps in curbing the nationwide increasing cases of arthritis. Also, people should check on their arthritis status and follow the simple steps of preventing and managing arthritis; exercise, healthy diet, medication and education.

Day 7 of 2025 6th Edition ends at Kang'o Ka Jaramogi, Bondo, where the compassionate cyclists were received by Jaoko Oburu Odinga (Presidential Special Advisor, Economic Empowerment & Sustainable Livelihoods) on behalf of Dr. Ida Odinga, paying their last respect to the late former Prime Minister Rt. Hon. Raila Amollo Odinga.

Just as the late Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga was resilient in fighting for a good cause in our Kenyan history, the Ride4Arthritis mirrors the same in their 1500KMs ride to raise arthritis awareness and funds to construct a modern arthritis clinic.

Tomorrow, the wheels of hope roll to Busia town.
