Children emotional sensitivity is something society take for granted and instead impose our logical reasoning and thinking to help them learn to get things done logically right, which exposes their brain to premature mental processes But the more we reinforce our logical mind the more they suppress thier feelings.As opposed to creating a conducive and enabling atmosphere for them to express themselves unconditionally,as this exposes them to world that they are not yet mature for to handle.Because of a mind that is ain't fully developed.The more thier feelings get ignored the more they grow into physical maturity and mental confusion but get stagnated emotionally and spiritually at the expense of their emotional well-being.This way we end up with ego oriented adult children who respond and sort out thier emotional needs using thier ego.

Episodic events of misfortunes related to ill health conditions and complications within the family ought to be treated with alot of keeness, caustiousness and consciousness that they deserve because of thier fragile mood state that calls for emotional calmness, sensitivity and stability.As a result of the acute mood swings they trigger in us as opposed to bonding with grace in the eventuality of such occurrence.They are not meant to make us feel threatened, sorrowful, frustrated, dispeared, discouraged and torn apart.But meant for the spirit of unity, cohesion, companionship and compassion to prevail amongst ourselves to reign within the family, in the event of such significant event befalling us if smoothly and appropriately negotiated.While if we allow friction and tension to take the centre stage,we end up with conflicts within and betterness with each other characterized by projections of blame games and drama within the family as a result of tempers flying.Going this way may kill the spirit of life continuity amongst us.And that's what we model for the generation and the generations to come, typically but sadly that's the seed we plant in the eventuality of such unfortunate significant event.

Sexual orientation is a subject that is very sensitively controversial when it comes to both internal and external dynamics at play.But the pain fact is,some male kids have female biological dynamics trapped in them that brings about sexuality imbalances,the same case applies to thier female counterpartsWhile from the external influence, sexual orientation can be shaped through behavioural, cultural and learned practices.In the case of boys who grow up around women,are highly likely to exhibit feminine characteristics and tendencies.While female kids who grow up around big boys in the wood are most likely to model male characters and behaviours in identifying with being a male,such as girls who fancy tomboy style.These are potential risk factors that are highly likely to exposure and shape sexual orientation.Either way,sexual orientation is a by product of biological susceptibility as well as behavioural and learned practices.For instance, take the context of g**s and le****ns who are popularly known to be gurus in fashion trend setting, that by itself is a model that is attractive,admirable and desirable, A product that speaks for itself and sells itself out.This properly explains the dynamics of gay le***an phenomenon of sexual orientation deviation, and ultimately aint a moral issue absolutely.

INFORMAL SCHOOLS CONSULTANCY PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT PROGRAM
The program rationale is based on targeting under prevelleged and disadvantaged children at risk and vulnerable to psychosocial problems in informal school settings with inadequate psychosocial resources and structures to meet both thier welfare needs as well as school needs.As a result of thier risks exposure related psychosocial problems through conducting needs assessment survey study to justify the need to be able to coordinate, network and partner with like-minded organizations, volunteers and well-wishers,who have such children at thier best interest.This is with regards to sourcing aid and funding to help them navigate smoothly thier immediate personal needs as well as thier education needs.Through implementing welfare programs,life coaching programs and therapy programs.
The goal is to meet the children welfare needs through the provision of adequate resources that would meet thier immediate basic personal needs as well as thier school needs.
The objective is to bridge the gap between thier psychosocial needs in order for them to achieve standard and quality education and in sustaining children wellbeing.
