From pioneering protocols at KNH to supporting personalized care for our KNH Prime Care Centre (KPCC) patients, her dedication saves lives and inspires a generation.

We celebrate this well-deserved recognition!

Congratulations to Dr. Irene Weru, celebrated among the Top 100 Kenyans in 2025 for her groundbreaking leadership in oncology pharmacy and her profound impact on cancer care across Kenya and Africa.

Three-year-old Baby Lennon made history at the (KPCC) when he underwent Kenya’s first paediatric Birth Brachial Plexus Palsy (BBPP) surgery.

The complex seven (7)-hour procedure was led by Dr. Dorsi Jowi, the Lead Surgeon, alongside a multidisciplinary team comprising Dr. Kibet Bhoyo (Anaesthetist), Griffin Khamisi (Anaesthetic Assistant), Christine Oboge and Branice Juma (Nursing), and James Nginyangi (Team Leader).

Under the leadership of Dr. Jowi Dorsi and this skilled team of specialists, the groundbreaking procedure restored far more than movement-it restored hope.
